Fancy Grilled Cheese

My mom gave us a Grilled Cheese cookbook for Christmas and we tried a new recipe from it, it was delicious! It's called Harry's Bar Special, it was basically a fancy grilled cheese. It is shredded Gruyere cheese mixed with small pieces of smoked ham, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, a generous pinch of ground mustard and a splash of cream to hold it together. Put that mixture on a piece of dense white bread that has been cut into strips and then grill 'em up! The Gruyere was a bit pricey, but worth it. Regular Swiss might be just as good. I should have taken a picture, but we ate it too fast!
