She's 5!

Opening presents in St. George.
Books!
Tea set
Mermaid outfit from Grandma Karen and Grandpa Jerry.
Chocolate cake with purple frosting, as requested.
Stacie took Maisy to get her hair done before the show. She wasn't happy that I took the picture before her hair was done.
After her hair was done she was ready to model.
Trouble
We had so much fun at Tuacahn! Karen volunteered a LOT and got front row seats for Maisy to see The Little Mermaid. Unfortunately it got rained out. Fortunately Karen was able to get us tickets for another show. Sweet Maisy was a trooper and suggested we go to Grandma's pool and swim like mermaids!
She was in shock!
She LOVED the show. She was actually shaking with excitement while Ariel was singing right in front of her. In the car ride home she said "I am so happy that Ariel is real! I love her so much!"
We have been singing Mermaid songs for weeks now. Maisy adds vibrato. I love it.

Utah visit #1

Maisy and Brock became good buddies!
Maisy loved holding Tylie. Look at those big blue eyes!

Random pics

Beck working on his first masterpiece. Pasta with roasted sweet potato, cauliflower, shallots and bacon. Yum.
Maisy and I made chicken with potatoes, bacon and cabbage. Yum.
Maisy usually picks out her clothes for the day, but I wasn't sure about this one. She then came down the stairs and said "see Mom, I told you this would look double cool!" What are we going to do in 10 years!

Project Runway

She's a doll. We're in trouble.
She wanted to switch clothes with Beck.
You may not know, but Matt is pretty good at making blanket dresses.
Beckham wanted in on the action too.
Maisy is pretty good at showing them off!
